The Process
Mecton Organic Farms Pvt Ltd currently owns 100 acres of land and plans to acquire 500 acres of land around Chennai in coming months to set up a state of the art infrastructure to nurture 5,000 goats in the first phase under super intensive method.
MOF sells a minimum area of half an acre (1 unit) agricultural land within 100 kms from Chennai on the GST Road to the investor and the breakdown will be:
Land Cost : INR 10 Lakhs
Land Development Charges : INR 1 Lakh
Refundable Deposit : INR 3 Lakhs
Total : INR 14 Lakhs
MOF will lease the land from the investor for a minimum duration of 3 years and the investor can increase the lease contract duration to a maximum of 99 years
Now, from the 13th month of signing the agreement, MOF will pay INR 10,000 per month till the end of the contract.
